Exhibitor space for the 2008 ARC-CSI Crash Conference is sold-out.
All exhibitor tables and booths are located in the common area located directly outside the presentation room. All breaks and breakfasts will be served in the common area to maximize foot-traffic.
Each Exhibitor Receives:
- Dedicated space and table-top for product/service display
- Power strip w/electricity
- Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks each day (limit is one person)
- Admission to crash testing (limit is one person)
- Admission to Evening Reception (limit is one person)
Exhibitor Set-up
Set up time: Tuesday June 3, 6AM. If you need to set up the night before you may, however, the conference reception will be going on next to the exhibitor area and there will be no way to secure valuable at your booth.
